I made a new recipe for tonight so we will see how it goes over. It is a cheesy chicken casserole, but the cheese is a mixture of parmesan, gruyere, and fontina. I have NEVER worked with the last 2 cheeses so we will see how it tastes. it was a hit, yeah! Made another meal with the cheese sauce and threw it in the freezer for another time.
tonight is upside down pizza.

basically it is a mixture of ground beef, cooked diced onion and peppers, spaghetti sauce, and sour cream mixture at the bottom of a casserole dish. Then top with mozz cheese and then top with crescent rolls. Then bake for 35 min. at 350 degrees. and then you have a dinner that my kids love

Last night was shepards pie using the left over mashed potatoes. Tonight is one if the following options, depending on how this afternoon wraps up- Leftover thanksgiving dinner Turkey pot pie Left over shepards pie Turkey tetrazzini Ravioli with rotisserie chicken, aka "turkey." Have I mentioned how I hate turkey? This year I made a 13lb turkey that produced wayyyyy too many leftovers. Remind me next year- no bigger than 8lbs.

DB made a 22lb turkey that we got none of! We headed to DBIL's and SIL had 2x 15 lb's there. I kinda wish we had leftover turkey!
Tonight is pulled pork BBQ sammiches ( just enough leftover pork for 3 sandwiches), Machine Shed Loaded baked potato soup, and salad. That ought to do it, easy peasy every one happy!

Stopped at Rockford today and picked it up- I used to work there so before it was easy to stop and pick it up for dinner. I once had a postcard with the recipe on it but I cannot find it. They had other recipe cards today but not that one:(
Also found a Bacon air freshener for DH's stocking at their shop. Whoo hoo love MS!

Smells like Jack Stack BBQ in my house! Between the BBQ pork, the Machine shed soup and Logli cloverleaf rolls , I'll be a hero!!
I'm skipping the Hamburger buns and having my pork on those rolls, YUM.

Yup... I think DH would have licked the bowl if he could have fit his head in there. He polished it all off- nothing left of the 2 big 2 cup containers with the three of us.
