DD18 will be home soon for fall break. I think I will have her make that when she is home. She makes a really yummy spaghetti squash with marinara sauce, I bet this would be really good too.

I saw a marinara & a pesto recipe. Both looked good! I think I will look for another squash & try the pesto because I made a lot of pesto a few weeks ago!
Tonight is baked rigatoni with Italian sausage, salad, garlic bread.

Learned how to make a roux in foods class in HS. Do they still offer cooking in high school? Probably a combo of both. Try adding milk when you reheat it.

Tonight is buffalo chicken sandwiches, waffle fries & a salad. Chicken has been in the crockpot all day. It smells like a spicy beast in here today. I don't know what my obsession with buffalo is lately, but I love it.

However, the idea is good. I'm going to try making it again this weekend with bottled buffalo sauce. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Chicken stirfry and pretzel buns. Didn't feel like rice and the buns looked (and tasted) awesome.

I love pretzel buns! Yum! Last night was leftovers. Tonight is mashupmom 's slow cooker pork carnitas. I gave Dh the choice of just a pork roast or carnitas & that's what he picked. He really likes them!
