Let us know how these turn out. They look DELISH! They look like they'd be good for tiny cocktail sandwiches, too. (Also let us know if they are easy to get to rise for us dough challenged peeps. ) They were super easy in my gigantic Kitchen Aid. They rose. And rose. They were HUGE. I really liked them. Nick thought the topping would be better if I spread it out more evenly

Took some chili leftovers out of the freezer. That will feed a few of them. The rest? No clue. Peanut butter and jelly? No desire to cook.

Looks like it will just be me home for dinner tonight, so postponing the chili until tomorrow. I'll just eat leftovers tonight.
