I want to make pasties but have no carrots...too lazy too. so then I 'm thinking... lasagna in a skillet...no cottage cheese! Mexican chicken? Nope no tortilla chips... so currently considering beef with broccoli and peppers..as these are the only veggies I have left to work with.

Will probably make a turkey meatloaf with roasted potatoes & corn for him. Maybe a different veggie for me. Anyone have a good turkey meatloaf recipe? Gonna go google & see what I come up with. Honey Mustard Turkey Loaf 1 1/2# ground turkey 1 cup fresh bread crumbs 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 egg, beaten 2 tsp.chicken flavor instant bouillon 2 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp poultry seasoning 2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp brown sugar Preheat oven to 350. Combine turkey, crumbs, onion, egg, bouillon, 1 tsp mustard and poultry seasoning. Mix well. In shallow baking dish, shape into loaf. Bake 40 minutes. Combine remaining 1 1/2 tsp mustard, honey, and brown sugar. Spoon over loaf and bake 10 minutes longer or until no longer pink.

If I didn't know what was in it, I wouldn't be able to tell? Dh hates mustard. I love it. Tonight will be simple- brats & chips.

You wouldn't taste the mustard that is in the loaf, and you could leave off the topping and just add it, or not, when you serve it. I would warm up the glaze though. I love the glaze, in fact, I usually double it.

Let us know how these turn out. They look DELISH! They look like they'd be good for tiny cocktail sandwiches, too. (Also let us know if they are easy to get to rise for us dough challenged peeps. )
