Can you exchange something that you got at Kohl's.com at the actual store?

TY I got my order this morning and one thing is a tad small but I can live with it. I'm going on Friday if they have the same thing I will just exchange it so I don't lose my KC.

Hey Kathy I had a shirt I got with the $5 Q and it's the wrong size. I paid with a gift card and tossed the receipt. Can they look it up like they can with a Kohls charge (still have the card)? I just want to do an even exchange for the right size, but it's not worth having them enter my drivers license for a shirt I paid $2 for.

You don't need a receipt to go with an even exchange.
If it is not clearance, exchange it for the actual retail price on the tag (can be any item, must be exact retail price to the penny)
If it has gone clearance, can even exchange it for any other clearance item that is the exact same clearance price.
So you can exchange your shirt for the same shirt, different size, and they can do it at any register. No receipt needed.

And they should never need your DL for an even exchange. The registers don't even have that function except on returns.
