Credit for items purchased that went on sale?

I know I can get a credit on items purchased if they go on sale within two weeks of the purchase.

Is there a way that I can check online to see if the items have been marked down?

We had some last minute purchases for DS#1 before he headed to college and I used a coupon and got a % off, but it could have been lower.

I'm wondering if I can check for price reduction or if I have to go to customer service and have them do it for me.

I would look online first but sometimes things are a little bit more on the internet, but at least it can give you a heads up on what you might get if you go to the store. HTH

I tried to search on the item number on the receipt and nothing comes up. So if I have an item that says CHAPS SPORTSWEAR, I have to look for that item, like that specific polo to check.

I guess I'm living in a dream world where I could just type in the sku number to check.

I went to the store and had a great customer service lady help me out! She went in and checked everything, writing down the prices and then returned everything and rerang it! I also got Kohls Cash out of the deal.

I apologized that I couldn't check the prices myself and she said that she knew and it was ok. The line kind of piled up behind me, but she didn't stress out about it at all!

Good customer service is rare, so I thought I would brag about it! Thanks for all your help!
