The new Mariano's ad covers 2 Wed Double Coupon Days - July 3 and July 10 A few coupon deals that caught my eye are: - Sabra Hummus on sale for $2/5 – double a $0.75/1 IP ($0.75/1 Sabra) and get it for $1
- Almond Breeze on sale for $1.99 – use $0.55/1 blinkie from Dominicks (starts with a 9, won't double ) and get it for $1.44, maybe there are versions out there of this blinkie that start with a 5? I have a $1/2 any Blue Diamond product tearpad Q (exp 12/31) that will double but can't remember where it came from...
- Nabisco Crackers on sale for $1.99 – double $1/2 Wheat Thins from 6/9 SS or $0.75/2 Nabisco Crackers from 5/19 SS to get them for $0.99 or $1.24 each when you buy 2
- Edy’s Ice Cream on sale for $2.99/qt – I have a $1/1 Catalina from Jewel that the Double Coupon Checker App says will double (check your stash!) or use a $1.50/2 IP ($1.50/2 Edys) which will not double
- Magnum or Fruttare on sale for $2.49 – double a $1/1 IP ($1/1 Magnum and $1/1 Fruttare) and get them for $0.49 each!!!
What looks good to you? How it works: -$25 minimum purchase (seems to be based on regular/shelf prices, not sale prices!) -first 5 coupons (with value of $1 or less) are doubled, so hand over your doublers first! -any additional coupons are deducted from your order at face value

Thanks for posting!
Just checked out Mariano's ad online - nothing too exciting imo. The price of eggplants ($.78/lb) is OK. I really like the deals on Almond Breeze, Magnum and Fruttare, so maybe I'll go next Wednesday. I'll let you know if I find anything interesting.

I just noticed that the Almond Breeze blinkies I picked up at Jewel have a red border and are good only on the 64 oz Chilled cartons, so they don't match the sale items. The blinkies I found at Dominicks are good on the shelf stable varieties but will not double (old code starts with a 9). Bummer, will adjust the OP. I did find a $1/2 any Blue Diamond product tearpad Q in my stash (exp 12/31) that does picture the shelf stable varieties and will double (old code starts with a 5) - don't know where I got it though

I went to the new Mariano's in Harwood Heights last weekend - it was packed! Prices seemed quite high though - or maybe I'm too cheap? lol Anyway, here are a few prices I noticed, which could be good for the Double Coupon Days:
Maxwell House International Coffee $3.16 (use $1/1 printable, NLA) Starbucks iced coffee $1.99 (use $1/1 printable or TP, if you have it) Activia 4-pack $2.29 (use $1/1 from 5/19 SS) Newman's Own salsa 2 for $4 (use $1/2 from 6/16 RP) Simply lemonade 2 for $5 (use $.75/1 printable) Yoplait frozen yogurt $3.79 (use $1/1 TP, if you have it) Morningstar Farms products $3.79 to $3.99 (use $1/1 from last weekend's insert) + Buy 3, Get $2 oyno; Buy 4, Get $3 oyno; Buy 5, Get $4 oyno (I've just checked on couponnetwork and Mariano's is participating, yay!)
I don't think I'll be able to go tomorrow. Maybe next Wednesday. I really want those cheap Magnum and Fruttare! lol

Thanks for the confirmation :-) The store ambiance was wonderful, but the prices were way over our budget. The burgers on the meat counter looked awesome and seemed to be so fresh. I really wanted to buy some, but left empty-handed - can't remember the price per lb, but it was something ridiculous. Similar thing with the produce, most items were too expensive imo.
After we left we stopped over at Produce World (never been to that store before) and got portabella mushrooms, tomatoes and cucumbers for real cheap.

The hamburgers are very fresh and very good. The AH store sells them for $3.99/lb. My kids like thee bacon/cheddar burgers.

I got the sausage last week for $2 lb. I is really tasty! But I thought the ad said it was back to $2.99 lb so I haven't gone back for more.
I did also get the portabello mushrooms and the corn last week both excellent! Mr Mariano was in the store too. I should have stopped and said hi to him.

Went on a recon mission at Marianos this weekend to see if there are any deals to be had with the new $1/2 Muller yogurt IPs on coupons.com (zip 30303) for Wed doubles - answer, yes! The store closest to me had the Corner yogurt on sale for $1 each through 7/28 (regular price $1.29) and the frutUp was regular price at $0.99 - so both kinds would be free after doubling a $1/2 IP. The farther store (West Loop) had all the Muller on sale for 50% off through 9/1! So the Corner yogurts were $0.64 each and the frutUp were $0.49 each - so the Corner yogurts would be $0.15 each if you didn't double the $1/2 IP, or free if you did. The frutUp would be straight up free, no doubling required! Remember, if you don't want to double the Q, make sure you hand it over last or after all your doubling Qs go through

Did a few rounds of Fruttare/Magnum, Muller Yogurt, fresh strawberries and Sabra - fridge and freezer are packed (especially after the Morningstar deal and the sprint to the end of Doms Dairy Month)! On another note, the Driscolls Berry Advisory Panel just got even better - they are now emailing a coupon for every survey you complete! Before it was every two surveys you'd get a coupon emailed. Each email lets you print the coupon twice too! If you enter regularly you can easily get to the $1 coupon level (16 surveys) - and the survey is the same each time, so once you are familiar with the questions it goes fast. You need to enter a code printed on the bottom of each pacakge. Marianos carries Driscolls pretty regularly throughout the year, and many times the price is around $2-$3 each, so free or cheap on double day with a $1 IP! www.driscolls.com/community/berry-community/register
