Just noticed this, and of course it ends today 4/12.
Bags of mulch are $2.00
Potted herbs & vegetables 5/$10.00.
Is it too early to plant tomatoes?

I wouldn't plant tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, zucchini, etc until May 10 around here, and then watch for frost advisories for at least 2 weeks and cover overnight if necessary. Average last frost date around here is May 15.
Cold hardy: swiss chard, lettuces, kale, broccoli, peas and the like are fine to plant from about March 1 on, or as soon as you can dig in the ground. They will fade, bolt or get tough in heat, so plant again in early fall.
