The one (and maybe only) thing I miss is having an Aldi near by. It's kind of a pain to go there now & while I always intend to shop there, I rarely make it.

I have been finding myself going to Aldi's once a week now. I will share this recipe with ingredients found at Aldi's. It was originally given to me by the nutritionist at my gym. I modified it to suit my tastes. I use a small crockpot. 1/2 bag of fit n active turkey meatbals (frozen). Jar of mango salsa. You are supposed to add 1/2 cup of low sugar apple juice, but I rarely have that in the house so I bought individual servings of applesauce with peaches (their kid's organic brand). I add one pouch of it. Cook on Low for 6 hours. It reminds me of my mom's sweet & sour meatballs. This is just a healthy version of it.

I'm heading to Aldi soon and plan to pick up the ingredients. Thanks for sharing.

You are supposed to eat it with brown rice, but I do not bother.
