WHAT TO DO with all this pumpkin puree?!? Share your recipe!

We didn't get around to carving our 3 BIG pumpkins for Halloween
       
so I've been smashing them and roasting for puree or cooking cubes of it ...

PIE! LOLOL yeah, there's that... i could make enough puree for dozens of pies, i think !
Personally I hate pumpkin pie... don't really care for pumpkin actually, except in these recipes it's ok
my peeps will eat pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving, but a whole month before and after would be too much  LOL
so does anyone have a good pie recipe? 


you're right Charlie... last year or was it the year before, or was it both years, (facepalm)I had even more more MORE puree potential... when DD brought home about 50 pumpkins from TJ's after Halloween... this year at least it's only the 3 huge ones I bought to carve and didn't  sigh

You could freeze it until spring.

Actually, I did that with last year's batch... not for the chipmunks, but for us

I have 8+ sandwich bags with 2 cups of pumpkin in them in our deep freeze, useful for pumpkin bread and even (gasp) pie until next holiday season.
