Val, how do you make your BBQ pork?
Messy, can you post the chicken salad recipe? I love chicken salad. DH doesn't but we just had HH for him, so I think he can choke down chicken salad. The one I looooooove is the one with almonds, grapes & apples. OMG. Yum. I was picturing a grilled chicken salad, not actual chicken salad. (duh)

popped a few arnancini into the oven to go with the chili. Not much in the mood to cook and DH isn't helping choose so....there you go Off to go google that one..... A former co-worker of mine has parents that own an Italian restaurant and she introduced me to these. The one's from Caputo's deli aren't as good but they will do. Tonight is shake and bake pork chops, au gratin potatoes and green beans. Headed out of town again for a few days so I've left reubens and Italian sausage to be made but I sure they'll fill in with take-out pizza too.

I have made bbq pork in the crock like that, too-I like the flavor you get from adding the Dr. Pepper.

Mmmmm....sounds good, messy! Have you made the pasta before? That sounds like something DD20 would love. Homemade bread is a good idea on this chilly day. Do you have an easy to post recipe for your sourdough? I cheat and use a bread machine to mix/knead/rise because I am not good at bread. The pumpkin pasta was a non-repeater. It wasn't bad, but it certainly wasn't good. It was just kind of bland.

Tonight is Tina Doesn't Cook Tuesday. I'm thinking about quesadillas, refried beans, and rice for tomorrow.

There was a lot of pot roast left, it was a big one so... that's for dinner. Or if you don't like that there are chicken taco leftovers too.
Tonight is PTA, so I guess I'm going.

No idea. Last night was leftovers, tonight will likely be the same. Or a combination of frozen chicken & leftovers.
