Brown butter ravioli with rotisserie chicken IF my chicken defrosts quickly. Oops. Otherwise I'm not sure.

Creamy pumpkin pasta and homemade sourdough bread. Maybe a salad too if I get motivated to go out and pick up veggies.

Mmmmm....sounds good, messy! Have you made the pasta before? That sounds like something DD20 would love. Homemade bread is a good idea on this chilly day. Do you have an easy to post recipe for your sourdough? I cheat and use a bread machine to mix/knead/rise because I am not good at bread.

Do you have an easy to post recipe for your sourdough? I cheat and use a bread machine to mix/knead/rise because I am not good at bread. I'm gonna switch up tonight's menu. Tonight will be two copycat recipes from Panera. DD and I will be making their Autumn Squash soup and the original chicken salad. Moving the pasta and sourdough bread to tomorrow. I have not made this pasta before, but I'll post the recipe if it is good. As far as the bread goes, I just use the recipe that came with my bread machine and it is pretty good. I have never made bread, without my trusty bread machine.

Lunch was tuna sandwiches with peaches, bananas and chips. Dinner will be chicken fried rice with broccoli and peas instead of carrots and peas. I haven't been able to find just frozen peas and carrots lately, only frozen peas, carrots and corn.

Had a late BBQ lunch - brats, turkey burgers, hot dogs, chicken, potatoes & mushrooms. Leftovers for dinner, if we are hungry.

Tonight will be the pumpkin pasta that I was going to make last night along with some sourdough bread and a salad. The copycat Panera recipes that we made last night were delish! Years ago DD was obsessed with the chicken salad at Panera and then they had to go change the recipe , so when we found a copycat recipe of their original chicken salad she was thrilled. I wish you all could have seen how happy she was last night at the first taste! It is a recipe that I think I better laminate so that nothing happens to it. The Autumn Squash soup was really good too, although mine turned out a little thicker than I would have liked, probably because my squash was huge. I will add more liquid the next time.

Last night was chicken tacos with refried beans. Bought some crunchy shells for those who enjoy those. Today is a pork roast in crock pot with potatoes/carrots/green beans. Yum
