As I was moving things around in the freezers I noticed I have more shredded cheese than I know what to do with. And I wonder what in the fish am I to do with it all. Recently requested lasagna will take care of a few bags. And all the usual mexican dishes will cover a few more.
So I am going to use what I have Before I bring anymore in.........
I would like some input:
What's your favorite cheese and how do you use it. Any kind any way.
I have 10 envies with:
15 -$1/1 any Cheese WT exp 9/30 10 -$1/1 Rotisserie Chicken x 8/31
Both are 992s and do say one per person
Will keep open til Saturday and I can mail on Monday provided I have all info.
If I have more than 10 responses I will toss names in a hat for the drawing.
Good Luck to All
Janet

my favorite is fresh mozzarella. I slice it and eat it with fresh tomatoes and basil and throw balsamic vinegar on it.
my other favorite is Mexican blends. I am always using that for tacos, chicken enchiladas (having it tonight), and any other Mexican dish I create.

I mainline the cheese. Every day. I inject it intravenously.
My daughter is made of grilled cheese. That's pretty much all I ate while I was pregnant. Well, that, and Dr. Pepper and cheese curds.
ETA: thank you JANET!! You are the bestest!!

Blue Cheese, Gorganzola, Super Sharp Cheddar, Brick, Provolone, American, Co-Jack, Mozzarella, Manchego, Parmesian, Asiago, Havarti, Lorraine Swiss, Cranberry Cheddar, I am sure I missed some. We eat a lot of cheese in this house. Padens favorite is Lamb Chopper, which last cost $26.99 a pound at Whold Foods .

My family loves cheese! Cheddar is a big favorite, but we use all kinds. We use cheese for sandwiches, casseroles, mexican food and just cubed to eat as snacks.

DH & I LOVE cheese! Not the real stinky stuff, tho-the classics, I suppose. Cheddar, pepperjack, cojack, american. We use it in almost everything. Eggs, taco night, melted on crackers, rice & cheese bake...you name it! Sometimes we'll have a dinner of just cheese & crackers (Don't enter me in the giveaway! Very generous of you, tho!)
