Tonight, probably something frozen.
Tomorrow, trying a new recipe-Slow Cooker spicy chicken tacos. Will also have rice, along w/beans & veggies for me.
Saturday, BBQing-going to try chicken burgers. Will also have some sort of marinated chicken legs & sausage. DH wants to make french fries (which means *I* will be making them).
Sunday morning will be French toast overnight bake thing again-going to use some Pillsbury biscuits in it. I have a bazillion cans to get rid of!
Sunday will be leftovers.

Turned out pretty good. It was in the trib 2 Sundays ago. I should have made extra icing to just dip the loaf into when eating. LOL STARBUCKS LEMON LOAF The lemon extract is a very important ingredient in this recipe, so don't leave out or try to substitute with more lemon juice. Recipe Link: www.topsecretrecipes.comList of Ingredients 1-1/2 cups flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 3 eggs 1 cup sugar 2 Tblsp. softened butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. lemon extract 1/3 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup vegetable oil Lemon Icing: 1 cup plus 1 Tblsp. powdered sugar 2 Tblsp. milk 1/2 tsp. lemon extract Recipe Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, blend eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla, lemon extract, lemon juice and oil with an electric mixer. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour into a well-greased 9 x 5 loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes. When loaf is cool, remove from pan and ice with icing. Slice into 1" slices. Serves 8
