Thought some of you might be interested in this. Going to give it a shot tomorrow nite. How can you go wrong with liquored up fruit? Moscato Fruit Salad Ingredients ◦1 cup green grapes ◦1 cup red grapes ◦2 small white peaches, sliced ◦1/2 cup blueberries ◦1 cup blackberries ◦1 cup quartered strawberries ◦3 tablespoons sugar ◦1 cup Moscato Wine ◦Lettuce Leaves ◦Bleu Cheese or Feta Cheese (optional) Instructions 1.Combine all fruit in a large mixing bowl that has a lid. 2.Sprinkle sugar on top and gently stir in the Moscato. 3.Stir until sugar is dissolved. 4.Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. 5.Layer lettuce leaves on a large plate. 6.Drain fruit and transfer to plate. 7.Sprinkle with cheese. 8.Serve. Upside-Down Pizza Casserole
Enjoy this recipe from Weeknight Dinners.

1 lb. ground beef 1 c. onion, chopped 1 c. green pepper, chopped 15-oz. can pizza sauce 1/2 c. sliced pepperoni, chopped 1/2 t. Italian seasoning 6-oz. pkg. thinly sliced mozzarella cheese 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. milk 1 T. oil 1 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 t. salt 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
In a skillet over medium heat, brown beef, onion and green pepper; drain. Stir in pizza sauce, pepperoni and seasoning; simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Spoon beef mixture into a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Place mozzarella cheese slices over hot beef mixture. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk and oil; whisk for one minute. Stir in flour salt and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Pour batter over mozzarella cheese; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes, until puffed and golden. Serves 6 to 8

Red Here's the recipe we use for Cube Steak. It's one of those that made the family favorites book. We use less water. www.food.com/recipe/my-own-cube-steak-and-gravy-113861Servings: 6 Units: US | Metric 2 lbs cubed steak (4-6 pieces) 2 tablespoons oil 1/2 teaspoon butter 1 cup flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 (10 ounce) cream of mushroom soup 1 cup water 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream or 1/2 cup milk Directions: 1 In a bowl or plastic bag add flour,salt,onion powder,garlic powder and black pepper. 2 Add cubed steak in flour mixture and coat well. 3 Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan. 4 Add cubed steak and brown on both sides for 15 minutes. 5 Remove cubed steak and drain grease out of pan, leaving some dripping grease in pan. 6 Add can of mushroom soup,water and heavy whipping cream or milk to the pan drippings and mix well. 7 Add cubed steak back to pan and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. (may cover with lid if you want to). 8 Turning cubed steaks once during simmering. 9 NOTE: you may need to add more water or milk to the steak and gravy while simmering.
