Earlier today I placed an order online. I ordered 3 things and used my $25 coupon.
About 4 hours later, I got an email from them saying "We're getting in touch to let you know we've had to modify your order 1234567. You'll see the change(s) noted in the order summary below. We're sorry for any inconvenience this causes you. Any Kohl's Gift Card(s) you used for this purchase have been restored to the value they held prior to this order (see details below)."
So I looked at the detailed information and they didn't include the sheets I ordered! It didn't come out as not available when I paid, so what's the deal?
Anyone know how I can get something for my inconvenience? What is going on with them? Used to be you would order and there would be no problems. Now I feel like I'm rolling the dice every time I try!
Thanks!

I called customer service and had a long talk about the Kohls cash not being restored for my son. Finally, after the second call I got someone who noted everything and they claim that at the service center they can not refund Kohl's cash. That has to be done in a different area. They did however say they could credit his credit card, so we went with that option. We will not know if it went through until the next bill I would call and ask Customer Service what is going on, how unhappy you are and see if they offer you anything

Thanks! It wouldn't take the expired Kohls cash on this order, but I know if I go in the store they will take it. So confusing....

Yes, it is confusing. They took my sons expired kohls cash from 2011 at the store. The cashier told me they will accept all kohls cash but will not accept the coupons they mail you
