I got one for PetSmart not Kohl's. I wonder if somehow they see where you've used a CC. I've had a few special offers from Bank of America for PetSmart, so I've used my B of A card there. I would have liked one for Kohl's too. I guess I usually use my Kohl's CC.

It was a mailer from Discover card not in the actual bill. I pretty sure that you are target marketed by Discover.
