Buy 7 Downy Liquid 41-51oz @ $4.49 = $31.43 - 2x$3/3 mq's - $1/1 mperks, get $6 ONYO, mail in for $10 card net $1.20 each. Wait until Friday and save another 5% with the loadable Mperks % off (don't know if it comes off pre or post coupon)

Also decent with Dollar General pricing if there is some kind of x/xx this weekend.

That Meijer deal would put you under the $30 spent mark. You have to spend $30 after all coupons and discounts now.

Does Jewel still give you a 2nd receipt for rebates if you ask? You could post-redeem on the original receipt? Downy is $1.99.

Hello All,
I just called the number on the rebate form , and confirmed that the ECB will not be counted against the $30 total. However we do have to circle the ECB amount and write a note stating that its a CVS reward otherwise it will be counted as a manufacturers Q.
