Anyone have a product or way to get off the rust rings from the bottom of my shower that were left from DH's can of shaving cream? The bottom or the shower is textured fiberglass. Is there something that you've actually used that really works?

I would second CLR, or one of those blue scrubber'soap pads' that come in a box. Or magic eraser.....

Just tried both the magic eraser and CLR, no luck. Might have lightened it just a hint but that's it. The CLR did "eat" a hole in my rag.

Whink rust remover sold at Menards...it will get rust out of anything. You may want to spot test first if you are worried about ruining any finish on anything as it is SUPER strong. It's a brown bottle with a white cap.

How about some Comet & elbow grease? The last time a can rusted in the kids' shower that's what I used. But theirs is porcelain.

This stain has been there a long time and I've tried numerous things, like Comet, soft scrub (which cleans this textured fiberglass nicely), scrubbling bubbles, baking soda paste, probably more. Nothing has worked.
