Just remember to scan things, because many times things come up cheaper--I had that on those light up lego things---they were 3.00 cheaper than the clearance price!!

I just did the Bic .99c mechanical pencils with the $1/1 Bic coupon from today's SS insert. No beeps, free pencils.
Also, if you got the back to school mailer there is a coupon for free up & up crayons wyb 2 up & up school supplies. I bought the .50c colored pencils, but there were some things that are less than .50c, like .39c bottled glue.
And DH got new socks & t-shirts with the $5/3 Hanes coupon in the Target ad. (Kids socks, underwear & tshirts are less.) Mens socks are on sale for $7. Some packs are bonus packs with 8 socks. Thsirts are $12, some are bonus packs with 8 tshirts. So DH got 14 pairs of socks & 8 tshirts for about $20 using the Target Cartwheel app that took another 5% the tshirts. I may repeat this later in the week when stock is replenished because he could use more than 8 tshirts (his wife is a laundry slacker) and I had to get 1 pack of short & 1 pack of tall socks, and he could use more of both.

If so I better get moving. Meet the teacher night is tomorrow... Nope. Thank goodness. I just do Christmas, Valetines Day, Birthday, Teacher Appreciation Day and Schools Out. And at Christmas I give the workers at Kids Kingdom(childcare at fitness center) each a $5 SBUX card & chocolate. Bigger gifts would be Christmas & last day of school. The rest is some chocolates. Whatever is free or cheap and a little note.

I got the socks online that dragonfly mentions a couple posts above. To find the packages with bonus pairs I typed in "men's hanes socks" into the search. They were labelled as 6+2 free so they don't come up if you type in bonus. I went through Ebates for 4% cashback, used the promo code posted by MUM (copied/pasted below), plus used my Redcard. My total with tax but not including Ebates was $16.15 for 24 pairs of socks.
The same Hanes coupon that is in today’s Target ad is also usable online with code TGTD5GPR: $5.00 off three Hanes undershirts, socks, or underwear. Well, if you shop online, you get free ship at $50 or free shipping + 5% off with your REDcard, and you don’t have to go paw through the mess in the store to see that they are sold out of the size you need, lol. Plus, check out these bonus packs deals, including:
Men’s 6+2 bonus pack of comfort soft tees, on sale for $12.00. So get 3 for $36, minus $5 with code TGTD5GPR = $31 for 24 tees. (Plus an additional 5% off and free shipping with REDcard!) Women’s hipster, bikini, or briefs 6+2 bonus packs, on sale for $7.00. So, get three for $21.00, minus $5 with code TGTD5GPR, and you’re at $16.00 for 24 pairs! Several more Hanes bonus packs options — check them all out here.

When I try online it says the items in my cart do not meet the required minimum to use the code. I had trouble in the store, too, and they had to manually enter $5 off. I tried 2 socks & 1 t-shirt and then 1 sock & 2 t-shirts. Maybe my come back into couponing is going to be difficult.

Today when I "bought" my Lindt Nice Bars it spit out a $1.50/2 Q that I can stack with the Target IP's to get 2 bars for .50.
Be on the lookout. I only bought 1 bar.
