My glasses are less than 2 months old...I've checked everywhere about a warranty...but everything I have read is, YMMV. Even Walmart has a 60 day no-fault warranty!!!!....and my Sis works there!!....but too far away!!! I will ask when I pick up my replacements in a few days, and see where I get with the YMMV. Anyone know for sure?

When I got them they told me I could come back at any time for any problem. Let's see what you get.....

Will be interesting to see what happens for you. They are supposed to have great customer service. I am going today for my first eye appointment at Costco, and I'm planning on picking out some glasses too.

I have brought DH's glasses to get fixed and adjusted alot of times. Every year he gets a new pairs & his prescription has not changed in 15 years. He has glasses everywhere. And yet I often see him squinting.
So the moral of my story is..... They have never batted an eye & always fix them.

I wonder if severely bent frames and lenses with gouges the size of the Grand Canyon would make them bat an eye!!! LOL!!!

Just walk & say "hey can you fix these for me real quick while I pick up a couple of things?" Act cool and nonchalant. It may throw them off

If you can get your Rx you can also get some cheap backups at Zenni optical or Coastal Contacts. I'm talking $20 or less shipped for your first order.
I have purchased from both of those websites and I'm very satisfied with my (bargain) glasses.

No-go on the glasses.....even with me standing with my hands on my hips, making a stink, using the Walmart word! Oh well, life goes on.

That's too bad. What did they say?
And, how are you doing? Getting yourself put back together? Is there any hope of catching the driver that hit you?
