I ordered the feast today with an additional  single entrée.  The  single entrée shrimp dish was 4.75  ( an up charge compared to the chicken and beef dish) so it came  free.  I would guess that it might take off the lowest priced single entrée if you order that way but not sure.  Bon apatite!
