Ham, cucumber, broccoli, rice. Chocolate milk to drink. Then DS6 just had a bowl of cheerios/milk. I'm about to make him something more. He eats a LOT lately.

Left overs, again. What isn't gone tonight is going in the garbage.

However, he's the peanut that is only at the 30th percentile height/weight (down from 50th). At least the doctor didn't lecture me on him only gaining 4lb in the past year. DS2 is the 99/75th percentile for height weight. He was 99/95, but he's starting to slim out too.

Pancake night. We ate the last of the pancakes for breakfast today so a quadruple batch for dinner it is. Now the freezer will be stocked for the next week.

I wish I had a real recipe to share- what i did was basically chopped up about cup of celery cup of onions cup of carrots- sauteed in large pot in oil , added salt pepper and about 2 teaspoons of tarragon once onions looked cooked through I added around 8 cups of chicken broth. Then in a separate pot i melted 1/4 c of butter- added 3/4 cup of flour ( yes sorta crumbly..) then mixed in 2 cups of milk and stirred until thickened- added that to pot of simmering broth and veggies. I then added some rotisserie chicken . I make my rice on the side and spoon some into a bowl before adding the soup
