Yesterday was the pesto chicken stuffed shells. Some cooked chicken is leftover so I'll use that in my white bean tacos tonight

Ham. A cheap ham fell in my cart at ultra and then fell into the crockpot. Tomorrow night is... ham bone vegetable soup.

I still don't know what a Bonsai Melon is though. The link I clicked on was definitely not safe for children or work. It is just a tiny sweet Canteloupe. Small like a personal size watermelon.

Friday night we had a bunch of people over. I made Squash Soup Spring Salad Crab Cakes with a creamy green onion sauce Pork Chops with a pan gravy Corn Green Beans with butter & brown sugar Cheddar Biscuits Glazed Apple Fritters Saturday we went to Midway Museum in Rockford. We stopped at Cracker Barrel on the way home. Sunday will be Frozen Pizza
