Well, I guess this might be a good time to get some formula, wipes and other baby stuff. I wish I could use off brand diapers, but my DH would freak out on me. We tried Target diapers with DS and every single time they leaked. I swear, he and DD both are really rough on diapers. Target brand were the only ones we ever totally threw away after 6 diapers though. It is only Pampers for my kids and the premium ones are preferable. I already have a stockpile of them, my mom keeps finding the huge cases at Goodwill (brand new and sealed for $15-20) But with any diaper stockpile, it is never enough. I got everything I could at Dominicks when they were closing, so I have a couple tote bins full of jumbo packs. We ♥d Up & Up formula. The first ingredient is NOT corn syrup solids, unlike most major brands. It's on Cartwheel often, and catalinas print at the register for it, too, plus IPTQs. It's comparable to the price we were paying at Costco for Similac Sensitive using a formula check. When they stopped sending the checks, we had to switch.
I have a glut of size 3 diapers. I think Kermetta will outgrow them before they're gone. They're Babies R Us, Up & Up Christmas packs, and CVS brand or I'd offer them to you Clars. I have to say stockpiling has saved my sanity in the last year. I don't know what I would have done if I had to keep running out to buy diapers in the middle of the night. It gives me such a sense of security to know we have enough.
You should get to your doc for the anatomy scan and fish. and I'm dying to know if Loki is a boy or girl!!! I am being killed and dying here!! HALP me!

In terms of numbers of diapers - I don't know if you recall, but way back Amazon had damaged boxes of diapers for $10. 120 in each box. So I spent $120 for 1200 size 4 diapers. DS1 was kind enough to stick in that size for just the right amount of time - we are still using them. And when I moved I found a couple of cases and jumbo packs of size 5 diapers (left over from DS5). Plus training pants. DS5 never really used them. He just decided one day he was done with diapers. So you know you'll need at least 1200 diapers. The stockpile is slim now, but we should be good for another month or two. Not sure if we'll be reading for training pants just yet. THAT is a smoking deal for size 4.

I recently was at my nieces 3rd baby shower and the smallest one yet I gave them a couple of boxes of huggies from the target deal at the end of January we were the first person to give them diapers-- wtf is wrong with people--sure sure buy the stupid stuff first time ( dumb) parents register for like a harness to help them learn to walk but not buy them things they need--like diapers

THAT is a smoking deal for size 4. The funny part is that I hesitated for hours about pulling the trigger. And it wasn't even real money is was SB earned AGC. I thought I was being greedy taking all of them. Thank God I did, there hasn't been another deal like that. Clars - at the Pediatrician today (DS1 18 month checkup, yes he's 21 months) and they had the coupons for the free case of infant formula. Have you already ordered one? I grabbed a second form so if anyone else needs it, just PM me.

I'll send you a PM with the code and the ordering details. They are the tiny 2oz bottles, but I used them even when BF. I'd leave them tucked into the diaper bag and if I was delayed they were with DS1 for "just in case" and even if we were together and I didn't want to get too settled I'd give him one to tide him over. I think a case is 24 bottles.

I think a lot of people are stocking up on baby products... has anyone seen/done a great deal on non-baby with this coupon ? I got carpet cleaner, a large pack paper towels, 6 sponges, 4 hand soaps, and a toilet bowl brush for $15. Pretty excited because the carpet cleaner was $15.99 and I needed this anyways, so it was like getting the rest for free. I had (4) $2/2 off Up & Up cleaning products IP, $0.75 toilet brush IP, (4) $0.50/1 hand soap IP, $1 off $3 Up & Up cat, and cartwheel. A fun little trip!

Plus as nicklesm mentioned, there are lots on cartwheel. I'm going for some bleach and a new up and up toilet brush, woohoo!! You know, to get rid of the nasty crap that creeps out of the sewer from time to time. Hehe.
