She wants to keep it a secret so no one invades her T and clears the shelves before she can do it first. If people figure out target is hot there's gonna be too much competition from the other hoarders. I mean couponers. That's why I don't post until after I've bought what I want ;-)

@messyt -- GMTA. Or shop Target alike. @lucky -- does 14 tuna pouches constitute hoarding? oh dear. Maybe I need a support group. It's actually kind of fun to have stuff to post about again.

Yeesh. Who do they think they are, 2009 Jewel? Love this! I heart Target. Nothing like Target clearance and it seems like there are a few freebies/cheap stuff every week.

Here are a few double dips I see with new IPTQs and CW, not including the aforementioned Up & Ups:
$.50 MP item (preserves or PB) IPTQ; stack with CW 5% off MP preserves $1 off 4 MP frozen veggies IPTQ; stack with CW 5% off MP frozen veggies $1 off 2 MP salsa IPTQ; stack with CW 5% off MP salsa
There is also a new IPTQ for $2 off 2 greeting cards, excludes cards under $1. Last week I saw a red setting a display: buy 3 Easter cards, get a free (Easter/spring themed) plush toy from this display.

Stack the $2 off any Maybelline mascara from 1/5 RP with the new $1 IPTQ off any Maybelline eyeshadow or mascara. the $2 coupon expires 3/1 so we don't have time to wait for a sale or price cut. I think Great Lash mascara is around $4-ish?

The Great Lash is $3.49 - $4.49 depending on variety. I got some waterproof for $3.99, so $1 after coupons.
Bring your makeup coupons!! so much makeup and HBA was on clearance. I got some (Maybelline??) concealer for $3.24 - $3 MQ, so $.24
Several shades of L'Oreal Haircolor were marked down. I bought 2 Preference and 2 Excellence that happened to be on clearance for $6.78 and $6.28. There are coupons out for both ($5 off 2 Excellence I think? and $2 off Preference?), plus an IPTQ for $3 off 2 L'Oreal haircolor. Plus there is a promo running, buy 2 L'Oreal haircolor, and get a L'Oreal shampoo or conditioner free. I was able to use a MQ on the shampoo & conditioner, but the register didn't allow the IPTQ for the shampoo and conditioner because they were free. I paid $9.12 for 4 boxes of haircolor + 1 shampoo + 1 conditioner. Even if your shade isn't on clearance, it's still a good deal IMO.
The cotton beauty item IPTQ includes cotton swabs (smaller boxes are $1.49, so $.89 after cartwheel and coupon WYB 2) and cotton balls (small bags are $.89 so $.35 after coupon and cartwheel).
I bought way more than the usual limit of 4 Up & Up items in one transaction and the cartwheel came off all of it.

I HAVE to buy The Falsies mascara for DD, I'm sure it is more expensive than the Great Lash but it will still be a good buy IMO. Me, I'm a Cover Girl mascara girl.
I got lots of cotton balls today and used up the end of my Archer Farms k-cup coupons. I long for the old days of pdf TQ's.

There are more Maybelline coupons available but they're only $1/1. I mentioned the $2 because it expires this week. You could still wait for a sale or price cut on the Falsies. There were other varieties on clearance, but they were all black-brown colors left which I didn't want.
IMO it's not the mascara itself, but the technique. I've used all kinds of mascara from Lancôme to Maybelline and I think there's just not that much difference except in the wands. Cover Girl Lash Blast has sucky wands and I won't buy that kind.
Here's my technique for my super-fine lashes: Curl the lashes every time at multiple places along the length of the lashes. wipe most mascara off against the inner neck of the tube as you remove wand from tube. apply to every lash from base to tips, then stroke again, on the tips. Aside: I run my old mascara wands through the dishwasher to clean and sanitize them and use them for this and to trim my eyebrows. Immediately use one of these clean wands to separate each lash and remove any clumps or excess mascara (it's so much better than the eyelash comb that comes with makeup brushes). Allow to dry. Repeat. Repeat again if necessary. this thickens and lengthens each lash individually. It will eliminate that stabby look when someone's eyelashes all stick together into like 5 mega-lashes, and it looks like they have 5 REALLY sharp eyelashes that could harm you if she rammed her head into you.
Also, I find mascara is easier to work with after I've used a tube about 5 times. It's too "wet" or something those first few times.
