I called  3 Kohls all of them don't have them.  I returned them today with no problem.

I'm so sorry, not that it is my fault, but reading your posts and then the facebook page of Kohl's has me cracking up. There is another page that has been set up and people are posting what they have received to see if they can find who it belongs too. Well there are mostly complaints, but I love the ingenuity.

ETA - if it makes you feel better, my Kohl's orders are all fine with just one left to go. However, I received two Kindles from Amazon and my conscience didn't even last a few hours before I fessed up and told them. Not-so-surprisingly they wanted it back. Then today's order arrives and the top came off the acrylic paint I ordered. Fortunately one item was in a plastic sleeve, another two are in plastic cases and the third was just something for the house so it didn't matter that the box was covered in paint.

ETAA - they want me to return the $0.97 mostly empty bottle of paint at their cost of $5.14. OK, but that seems just silly. They will also spend an additional $5.14 to send me a new bottle of paint. I don't get how these guys make money at this rate. Well maybe it was the $1,000 I've spent with them over the past year.

I think with Amazon it does depend on how much you've spent with them. My mom and I each had to return an item recently.
Me- prime member, spend a ton with them. I ordered Skylanders Swapforce for 3ds, then ds (not knowing I'd bought it) said he wanted it for Wii. So totally my fault, and I told them that. They refunded my money (instantly), sent me a prepaid return label to send the ds version back, and issued me a $17 GC, which was the difference between what I paid and the current selling price, so that I could order the Wii version at the Lightening deal price.

My mom- added on to my prime, doesn't order much from them. They will issue her refund minus return shipping cost when they get the item back.

Everything is correct with my order. They still could have sent the $25, I did spend everyday of last week at their store. Sheesh I should just get a job there that way I can get paid.

damn i am so jealous. i really wish i had gotten this as then i could have gotten my kitchenaid finally but oh well i will have to be satisfied with all the stuff i did get.
